Pole dancing fitness and Vinyasa yoga are two of the most effective ways to lose weight, increase strength and muscle tone, whilst helping to improve your flexibility and posture. This type of exercise works the key 'lady' areas such as your arms, tummy, thighs and chest. The best thing about pole dancing fitness is......that it is a FUN way to get fit.
We offer lessons for all levels of ability. In each Pole Dancing fitness class we have 2 qualified instructors that will be showing you each move and making you feel comfortable. All our attendees are very friendly and our class environment is very positive. We specialise in fitness and the beauty of Pole Dancing.
Our studio is called Dance Fitness and is located at 70 Broadway, Cardiff, CF24 1NH.
