Hot Yoga- Hot yoga is a great way to help increase your flexibility and core strength. During the 1.5 hours private session (£10), our amazing instructor will show you exercises to help increase back, shouler and leg flexibility along with increasing your core strength. The room is heated to 25-30*c. It is also great for your skin which is an added bonus.

Sexy Pole- This 2 hour workshop (£15) is for all levels and is very fun. The instructor is great and will put you at ease whilst you are taught basic floor work and sexy movements around the pole. You are welcome to bring along your heels to this class

Arm Balance Workshop- This 1.5 hours private lesson (£12) for just us will focus on Yoga moves such a the Crow, Headstands, Handstands etc. This is open to all levels and the instructor will teach you based on your own ability.
Arm Balance Wokshop is taking place Sunday 11th June 1-2.30pm.
