KT Wild's Vinyasa Yoga

Welcome to KT Wild's Vinyasa Yoga. Our classes are Vinyasa style where we focus on building strength and muscle tone, posture and flexibility whilst improving your overall wellbeing.  During the classes we look to increase your strength, muscle tone and improve flexibility whist using Vinyasa Yoga. We also explore Pranayama such as Ujjayi and abdominal breathing plus Bandhas locks.

Workshops 2020:


Splits Workshop: Saturday 29th February 1pm-2.30pm £10. This workshop is suitable for all levels. During the one and a half hours we will work through a Vinyasa style warm up concentrating on hip opening and hamstring flexibility. We will be working on front and box splits. You must book your place online through www.ufit-fitness.com. 



We also offer:


  • Private one to one lessons in the comfort of your own home or at my studio.
  • Yoga parties for children.

Pole Dancing Fitness Beginner course/ 4 weeks £42. Starting Monday 3rd February 2020 7.15pm and Thursday 6th February 6pm.
