Welcome to NamaSlay Yoga. At NamaSlay Yoga our classes are Vinyasa style where we focus on building strength and muscle tone, posture and flexibility whilst improving your overall wellbeing. During the classes we look to increase your strength, muscle tone and improve flexibility whist using Vinyasa Yoga. We also explore Pranayama such as Ujjayi and abdominal breathing plus Bandhas locks.
Monday 5.45pm-7pm The Green Yogi (this class is a beginner Vinyasa class)
Wednesday 7pm-8.15pm Strong Flow (this is a mixed ability class where we intensify our Vinyasa practice.)
