At KT Wild's Vertical Fitness we welcome everyone. We create a positive environment that promotes fitness, community, wellbeing, and friendship. All our amazing instructors have been pupils of our classes. We do not promote stereotypes, body shape or competitiveness. If you are looking for a fun way to get fit, toned and more flexible whilst being in a positive environment- this is the Pole dancing fitness school for you.


Pole dancing fitness and Vinyasa yoga are two of the most effective ways to lose weight, increase strength and muscle tone, whilst helping to improve your flexibility and posture. This type of exercise works the key 'lady' areas such as your arms, tummy, thighs, and chest.  The best thing about pole dancing fitness is......that it is a FUN way to get fit.


We offer lessons for all levels of ability. In each Pole Dancing fitness class, we have a qualified instructor that will be showing you each move and making you feel comfortable. All our attendees are very friendly, and our class environment is incredibly positive. We specialise in fitness and the beauty of Pole Dancing.


Our NEW studio is located at UFIT Fitness:  Unit 1B, Trident Industrial Park, Glass Ave, Cardiff CF24 5EN.
