KT Wild's Vinyasa Yoga

Welcome to KT Wild's Vinyasa Yoga. Our classes are Vinyasa style where we focus on building strength and muscle tone, posture and flexibility whilst improving your overall wellbeing.  During the classes we look to increase your strength, muscle tone and improve flexibility whist using Vinyasa Yoga. We also explore Pranayama such as Ujjayi and abdominal breathing plus Bandhas locks.

Monday 7.30am- 8.15am Vinyasa Flow/ Hot Yoga at UFIT Fitness

 

Tuesday 6pm-7pm Vinyasa Flow/ Hot Yoga at UFIT Fitness

Tuesday 8pm- 9pm Vinyasa Flow/ Hot Yoga at Sweat Fiit

 

Thursday 7am-7.45am Vinyasa Flow via zoom for Sweat Fiit 

Thursday 8am-8.45am Vinyasa Flow at Cardiff Met, Cyncoed Campus

 

Thursday 12.30pm-1.15pm Vinyasa Flow/ Hot Yoga at UFIT Fitness

 

Friday 7am-7.45am Vinyasa Flow/ Hot Yoga at UFIT Fitness

Friday 9.30am- 10.15am Vinyasa Flow/ Hot Yoga at Dragon for Yoga Hub
